Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a motivated Sales Executive. You will focus on driving new sales opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, and identifying prospective customers. Responsibilities include researching new markets, managing client communications, crafting tailored solutions, negotiating deals, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in research and market analysis to identify new sales opportunities
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, particularly in Print-on-Demand or fulfillment industries, is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the e-commerce, retail, or B2B sales industry is a strong advantage
