Job Description:

  • Source leads independently through personal networks, online channels, and on-site recruiting.
  • Own the full sales cycle and close deals independently to achieve monthly order and revenue targets, to be eligible for incentives.
  • Manage seller relationships and negotiate and announce additional commercial terms to maximize company profit.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing sellers, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Industry trend analysis: study market trends and industry developments to identify new lead opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Demonstrate track record of closing deals and consistently achieving monthly revenue and order targets.
  • Sales experience in the express logistics industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
  • Able to travel to Bangkok office when required.
