Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with nightlife venues, including bars, clubs, lounges, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment establishments. The role focuses on promoting and selling the company's portfolio of premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new accounts, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, negotiating commercial agreements, managing sales pipelines, achieving sales targets, and executing brand visibility initiatives within the nightlife sector. The Sales Executive will work closely with marketing, operations, and distribution teams to ensure excellent customer service and product availability while staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in beverage sales, FMCG, hospitality, nightlife, or on-trade distribution is highly preferred.
  • Strong network within Ho Chi Minh City's nightlife, hospitality, and entertainment industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic account growth plans.
  • Understanding of beverage market trends, consumer behavior, and brand activation strategies.
  • Experience in managing key accounts, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and industry events, when required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese; additional language skills are an advantage.
