Job Description
The company is currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive in HCMC who can help us expand our sales in the Southern Region of Vietnam. The candidates will work to grow our business in one of the above areas and will be in close communication with the General Director of Vietnam to discuss and execute sales strategies for business enhancement
1. Direct Sales;
Meet sales goals and quotas assigned by the management
Support and maintain positive customer and business partner relationships and develop strong relationships with key accounts
Address customer questions and concerns expeditiously and professionally
Develop new business prospects (hospitals, labs, clinics, etc) in specific geographic areas through prospect visits, cold calls, and all other applicable methods
Demonstrate competency in the company and competitive product knowledge
Provide product, sales, and marketing support to distributors
2. Distributor Sales Support;
Act as the first point of contact for all business-related tasks related to the distributor business
Establish relationships and/or collaborations with established and newly appointed distributors as well as with existing and/or prospective customers (including customer decision makers and those with influence)
Organize appointments and meetings routinely to cultivate positive distributor and customer rapport
Assist in the development, renewal, and (re-) negotiation of new and current distribution contracts/agreements
Actively follow tender publications and assist in the analysis of technical and economic requests, as well as in the formulation of winning tender strategies
Assist in negotiating the conditions for placing the company's products on the market
Attend and co-organize trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
Identify potential of new business opportunities
3. Others;
Responsible for the timely, accurate completion of administrative tasks, such as weekly reports, expense reports, etc
Provide the company management with market trends and the competitive field activity information, enabling the company to support the territory strategies/tactics and react quickly to competitive actions
Create sales proposals and discuss them with the General Manager
Perform duties assigned or accepted outside the guidelines
- Have 2+ years of experience in Sales, including 1+ year experience in New Business Acquisition
- Experience in sales (IVD sales preferred) or Application Specialist or Sales of medical equipment
