Business Development & Market Expansion
- Seek and develop new customers and orders to grow market share.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain, strengthen, and upgrade relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure business continuity and deliver excellent customer service.
- Follow up on customer feedback and new inquiries with timely support.
Sales Operations & Negotiation
- Prepare quotations and negotiate transaction terms and conditions.
- Ensure alignment with company policies and customer expectations.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct market surveys on products, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Propose action plans and solutions to the direct Manager.
Cross-Country Coordination
- Work with Mainetti Group teams in other countries on product development.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales.
Experience in the packaging or garment / apparel accessories industry is preferred.
Bachelor's or College degree preferred.
Good English communication (speaking & writing).
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and professionally under pressure.
