Job Description

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Seek and develop new customers and orders to grow market share.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain, strengthen, and upgrade relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure business continuity and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and new inquiries with timely support.

Sales Operations & Negotiation

  • Prepare quotations and negotiate transaction terms and conditions.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies and customer expectations.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct market surveys on products, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Propose action plans and solutions to the direct Manager.

Cross-Country Coordination

  • Work with Mainetti Group teams in other countries on product development.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales.

Experience in the packaging or garment / apparel accessories industry is preferred.

Bachelor's or College degree preferred.

Good English communication (speaking & writing).

Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.

Ability to work independently and professionally under pressure.
