About the Role
We are looking for a motivated junior sales professional to join our growing team in Singapore. This is an entry-level to mid-junior position focused on supporting B2B hotel distribution sales, building partner relationships, and gaining hands-on exposure to OTA, wholesaler, and API-based distribution channels. The successful candidate will work alongside senior sales staff and cross-functional teams across Singapore HQ, Korea, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Japan, learning how a Supplier Architecture–driven B2B hotel distribution business operates and grows across markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Support B2B sales activities targeting travel agencies, OTAs, wholesalers, and DMC partners
• Assist senior sales staff in identifying, approaching, and onboarding new partners
• Maintain day-to-day communication with existing partners and handle operational requests in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, CT, Product, Engineering) to support API connectivity onboarding and ongoing partner support
• Conduct market research on competitors, OTA trends, and target accounts; summarize findings into actionable inputs
• Prepare sales materials, partner decks, weekly reports, and meeting follow-up notes
• Maintain CRM and sales tracking sheets; contribute to pipeline visibility and forecasting
• Support trade shows, partner meetings, and business trips as required
Requirements
• 0 to 3 years of working experience (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Strong communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis (Excel)
• No restrictions on international business travel
• Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Resident only
Preferred Qualifications
• Internship or first-job experience in OTA, travel agency, hotel, or hospitality technology
• Basic understanding of how OTAs, wholesalers, bedbanks, and hotel distribution work
• Exposure to or curiosity about API connectivity, channel management, and travel technology
• Self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-market, cross-border environment
