  • Identify and develop new customers, expanding the potential client network
  • Introduce, consult, and provide detailed information about products; answer inquiries and persuade customers to make purchases
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers; handle feedback and resolve complaints effectively
  • Propose new services, solutions, or business approaches to align with market trends and customer needs
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements


  • Strong communication skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, team-oriented, and responsible at work
  • Ability to work under pressure, willingness to learn, and adaptability to change
  • Willingness to travel for business trips (province-level travel required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.)
  • Prior experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus
