Identify and develop new customers, expanding the potential client network
Introduce, consult, and provide detailed information about products; answer inquiries and persuade customers to make purchases
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers; handle feedback and resolve complaints effectively
Propose new services, solutions, or business approaches to align with market trends and customer needs
Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Strong communication skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, team-oriented, and responsible at work
Ability to work under pressure, willingness to learn, and adaptability to change
Willingness to travel for business trips (province-level travel required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.)
Prior experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus
