Job Description Sales Executive (Hanoi)
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Hanoi
Reporting Line: Direct report to the National Manager / Area Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a B2B customer portfolio (hotels, restaurants, offices, corporate clients)
- Actively prospect new customers and identify new business opportunities
- Present and sell professional coffee solutions (machines, capsules, services)
- Handle commercial negotiations, quotations, contracts, and orders
- Ensure post-installation follow-up and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate closely with logistics, technical, and marketing teams
- Maintain accurate daily sales activity reports (visits, calls, opportunities)
- Prepare and update sales pipeline and forecasts
Reporting & Meetings
- Directly report to the National Manager / Area Manager
- Submit daily activity reports (customer visits, calls, key actions)
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance, pipeline, and action plans
Candidate Profile
- 13 years of experience in B2B sales (HORECA, FMCG, equipment, or services is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with basic tools (Excel, email)
- Fluent in Vietnamese, professional English
