Sales Executive
FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANY
Job Description
- Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities in the Vietnam logistics market
- Actively approach potential clients via cold calling, networking, and online channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide consultancy on logistics solutions (sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, etc.)
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
- Follow up on shipments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality
- Achieve individual sales targets (monthly/quarterly KPIs)
- Support payment collection and ensure timely payments from customers
- Update sales activities and report to the Sales Manager
KPI / Performance Targets (for sales roles, if applicable)
- Monthly/quarterly sales target achievement
- Number of new clients acquired
- Revenue contribution
- On-time payment collection
- Client retention rate
Reporting line (who the position reports to) : Sales Manager
Team Size: 5–10 size
Require:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales (logistics/freight forwarding preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree (Diploma acceptable)
- Good command of English and Vietnamese
Salary: 14M – 22M + commission
Location: Tan Binh District
Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Interview rounds: 2 rounds
