Work Environment:
- Working Hours:08:00 AM 05:00 PM (Flexible), Monday to Friday.
- Location:District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients while nurturing and expanding long-term relationships with the existing portfolio.
- Client Engagement:Lead meetings to understand customer pain points and provide tailored product solutions.
- Deal Execution:Handle the full sales cycle from initial contact and negotiation to closing contracts and managing post-sales objections.
- Logistics & Supply Chain:Monitor shipment schedules, manage international trade documentation (Import-Export), and coordinate procurement/production plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaboration:Partner with internal teams to streamline operations and achieve collective sales targets.
Requirements:
- Education:Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Economics, Agriculture, or related fields.
- Experience:A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience specifically within theFertilizeror related agricultural input industry.
- Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding ofbulk cargo transportand standard international import-export procedures.
- Communication:Proficiency in English (professional working level) is essential for coordinating with global partners.
- Skills:Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and market analysis skills.
- Traits:A self-starter who can work under high pressure with minimal supervision; honest, hardworking, and deeply passionate about sales.
