We're Hiring: Sales Executive | Bloom Patisserie (Da Nang)
Bloom Patisserie is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Executive to support both retail (B2C) and corporate (B2B) sales, while also handling customer inquiries across our online channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both building relationships and delivering a thoughtful, high-touch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales (B2C & B2B)
- Support daily retail sales and enhance in-store customer experience
- Develop and grow B2B opportunities (corporate orders, events, partnerships)
- Actively reach out to potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close deals
Customer Communication
- Handle customer inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, and other channels
- Provide timely, accurate, and well-toned responses aligned with Bloom's brand voice
- Assist customers with product recommendations, order placement, and after-sales support
Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with kitchen and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Keep track of orders, customer preferences, and sales performance
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Sales-driven mindset with a natural ability to build relationships
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality and sales
- Aesthetic sense and appreciation for premium/luxury products is preferred
