Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, connect with, and develop new B2B clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and collaborate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions
  • Participate in meetings, consultations, and direct discussions with clients
  • Coordinate the preparation of quotations, proposals, and related documents
  • Follow up and support clients throughout the cooperation process
  • Actively expand business networks and seek new business opportunities
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Account Executive roles
  • Strong ability to proactively identify and develop new customers
  • Passion for sales, communication, and working with business clients
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Good English communication skills; experience working with foreign clients is an advantage
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to grow long-term in the technology/business services industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT services, outsourcing, staffing, SaaS, solution sales, or other business services
  • Experience working with enterprise or FDI clients is a plus
