Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, connect with, and develop new B2B clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and collaborate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions
- Participate in meetings, consultations, and direct discussions with clients
- Coordinate the preparation of quotations, proposals, and related documents
- Follow up and support clients throughout the cooperation process
- Actively expand business networks and seek new business opportunities
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Account Executive roles
- Strong ability to proactively identify and develop new customers
- Passion for sales, communication, and working with business clients
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Good English communication skills; experience working with foreign clients is an advantage
- Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to grow long-term in the technology/business services industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services, outsourcing, staffing, SaaS, solution sales, or other business services
- Experience working with enterprise or FDI clients is a plus
