Key responsibilities include:
Sales Development & Specifications - Developing the sales by:
- Making regular visits and meeting new prospects to open new accounts
- Meeting with influencers such as architects, contractors, design and build, MEP engineers to introduce the company's concept
- Identifying and promoting product applications in diverse sectors: residential, commercial, industrial, and franchising environments.
- Representing the company as required at conferences, seminars, exhibitions and other professional gatherings
Distributor Account Management
- Managing existing & new key accounts relationship to give the company's its potential to grow
- Making sure the client's staff as well as the clients of our clients are well trained with our products
- Carry out training to existing and new customers
- Providing animations in point of sales
Reporting
- Reporting and working closely with the Management to follow and guide the development of the considered area
- Regular use of CRM to manage customer data and pipeline. Keeping an up-to-date customer and appointment database is essential.
Other potential tasks required by manager.
- This is a field-focused role with high customer interaction, requiring frequent visit within Hanoi and potentially northern regions.
- Position will be based in Hanoi and may evolve in scope depending on performance.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT
- SEducational Background: Bachelor degree or university degre
- eWork Experience: 3y-5y sales experience on technical product
- sWork Experience: Intermediate English proficiency is required for internal reporting and communication with regional management
- .ITS skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- .Other technical skills: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
