Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Conduct customer visits to present products and solutions effectively.
  • Drive sales performance to achieve both revenue and profitability goals.
  • Align personal sales activities with broader business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support in coordination with internal departments.
  • Prepare quotations using ERP systems and ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to the sales manager.
  • Monitor quotation status and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Review and process orders in collaboration with the project management team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure all sales documentation complies with internal quality standards and ISO procedures.
  • Participate in special projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Required Competencies:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and ERP platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum from 4 years of experience in industrial field sales, preferably in process instrumentation or related sectors.
  • Educational background in engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management across various industries.
  • Proficiency in English.
