Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct customer visits to present products and solutions effectively.
- Drive sales performance to achieve both revenue and profitability goals.
- Align personal sales activities with broader business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support in coordination with internal departments.
- Prepare quotations using ERP systems and ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to the sales manager.
- Monitor quotation status and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Review and process orders in collaboration with the project management team to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all sales documentation complies with internal quality standards and ISO procedures.
- Participate in special projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum from 4 years of experience in industrial field sales, preferably in process instrumentation or related sectors.
- Educational background in engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management across various industries.
- Proficiency in English.
