Job Description

Responsibilites & Duties

  • Manage and develop assigned key segment accounts to drive sustainable and profitable business growth through a structured sales excellence approach.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Develop and implement direct sales strategies, with a strong focus on Key Account management.
  • Plan, manage, and execute effective sales activities within assigned accounts and industry segments.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities and potential customers within related industrial sectors.
  • Work closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Application, Supply Chain, etc.) to strengthen brand presence and enhance customer value.
  • Drive operational excellence by delivering value-added solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer information in CRM systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales (products, solutions, or consumables).
  • Experience in heavy or process industries such as cement, pulp & paper, metals, food & beverage, energy, or high-speed machinery is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, with a strong direct sales mindset.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM systems for sales pipeline and customer management.
