Manage and develop assigned key segment accounts to drive sustainable and profitable business growth through a structured sales excellence approach.
Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to both short-term and long-term business objectives.
Develop and implement direct sales strategies, with a strong focus on Key Account management.
Plan, manage, and execute effective sales activities within assigned accounts and industry segments.
Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities and potential customers within related industrial sectors.
Work closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Application, Supply Chain, etc.) to strengthen brand presence and enhance customer value.
Drive operational excellence by delivering value-added solutions tailored to customer needs.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer information in CRM systems.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales (products, solutions, or consumables).
Experience in heavy or process industries such as cement, pulp & paper, metals, food & beverage, energy, or high-speed machinery is a strong advantage.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, with a strong direct sales mindset.
Hands-on experience using CRM systems for sales pipeline and customer management.
