Job description:
Responsibilities
- Development of new markets within country or region
- To generate project enquiries from various sources such as Corporate Houses, Consulting Firms, Public and Private Sector Entities, Individuals and Non-Government Organizations.
- To raise quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customers requirements / consultants drawings in order to get the estimate of project
- To prepare a Techno-commercial offer to submit to customers
- To negotiate with customers to finalize the contracts
- To coordinate with customer and head office for successful and timely execution of projects
- To secure payment or letter of credits for jobs on time
- To prepare sales forecasts and report to immediate supervisors at regular interval
- To conduct marketing promotion activities
Profile description:
Requirement:
- Technical Knowledge in Civil / Mechanical Engineering / Architecture
- At least 2-year experiences in sales export in the P.E.B / Industrial Steel Structures
- Negotiation and persuasive skill
- Communication skill
- English proficiency
