Job Description

SALE DIRECTOR

1. Revenue Ownership & Sales Strategy

• Own and deliver revenue targets across assigned project portfolio

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with project positioning and market conditions

• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize absorption and revenue

2. Team Leadership

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Sale consultant & Sales Managers

• Drive performance culture, accountability, and target achievement

• Coach Sales team on deal strategy, team management, and performance improvement

3. Project Commercialization

• Translate project positioning into effective sales approach

• Provide feedback on pricing, product mix, and go-to-market strategy

• Ensure strong execution across all channels (direct sales, agency, partnerships)

4. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with developers on sales performance updates and commercial alignment

• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Research, Operations) to optimize results 

SALE MANAGER

1. Sales Execution & Revenue Delivery

• Own and deliver revenue targets for assigned project(s)

• Execute sales plans and ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly targets

• Monitor pipeline, conversion rates, and sales performance

2. Team Leadership

• Manage and lead a team of Sales Consultants

• Provide daily coaching, deal support, and performance tracking

• Drive discipline, motivation, and closing capability within the team

3. Deal Closing & Client Management

• Support key deals and high-value clients

• Ensure strong client experience and maximize conversion

• Handle objections and complex negotiations when needed

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Report performance and insights to Sales Director

• Work closely with Marketing for lead generation and campaign execution 

What we are looking for:

• 3–10+ years of experience in real estate sales or high-value product sales

• Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams

• Strong hands-on closing and negotiation capability

• Experience managing project sales performance and revenue targets

• Strong commercial mindset with execution discipline

• Ability to coach, motivate, and drive team productivity

• Good understanding of residential market dynamics and customer journey

• Experience in multi-project management or large-scale sales operations is an advantage

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
