Global optical lens and frames manufacturer is looking for a passionate Sales Director to drive sales and develop the market in Vietnam.

Job Description:

  • Market Development: Spearhead the expansion of the optical lens market in Southeast Asia regions.
  • Sales Leadership: Develop the sales team and guide the sales team through customer acquisition, analysis, follow-ups, and problem-solving, ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Regional Management: Oversee sales operations in assigned regions, focusing on customer acquisition, new contracts, and repeat purchases.
  • Team Growth: Lead and develop the sales team through training, evaluation, and motivation, equipping them with the skills to meet targets.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze sales data to forecast trends and provide timely updates to the company.
  • Cross-departmental Coordination: Facilitate communication between production and sales teams to optimize efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Candidates with a sales background in the optical lens industry, bringing valuable insights to the role.
