The role is open in terms of sales channels. The key expectation is the ability to drive topline growth, identify new opportunities, and build a strong commercial organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of sales performance and revenue growth
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to drive sustainable results
- Identify and open new market opportunities, customer segments, or revenue streams
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, including target setting, coaching, performance management
- Work closely with senior management to align sales strategy with overall business objectives
- Monitor market dynamics and adjust commercial strategies to maximize growth
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Director/ Head of Sales or equivalent senior sales leadership role
- Hands-on sales experience in FMCG or FMCG-like businesses, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and execution
- Solid track record of driving revenue growth and delivering sales results
- Strong business development mindset, open to working across different sales models or channels
- Experience in building, leading, and scaling sales teams
- Strategic yet execution- focused with strong leadership capability
- Having good English skills, having good Japanese skills are a strong advantage
- Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast- paced environment
