I'm partnering with a leading fintech payment solutions company to recruit their Sales Director for Vietnam market.
What You'll Own
- Build the engine: Design the complete sales structure, recruit and develop the leadership team, and set the operating rhythm across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
- Drive revenue: Own aggressive growth targets across the full product suite - POS, DCC, payment gateway, installment solutions, Vietnam Merchant Services (VMS), merchant lending, and more.
- Win the market fast: Lead enterprise and SME merchant acquisition, targeting hospitality groups, retail chains, franchise networks, e-commerce platforms, and strategic bank partnerships.
- Build the ecosystem: Identify, negotiate, and scale high-value partnerships with banks, card schemes, and key merchant networks.
- Run the operation: Implement disciplined CRM pipeline governance, revenue forecasting, KPI dashboards, incentive schemes, and weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
Who You Are
You are a proven builder and owner of B2B sales organisations in the payments space.
Mandatory profile:
- 12+ years of B2B sales leadership with deep payments/fintech experience (e-wallets, POS payment solutions or similar).
- Successful track record of building sales teams and commercial organisations from zero - not just managing existing ones.
- Executive-level credibility and hands-on knowledge of Vietnam's payments ecosystem, merchant segments, distribution channels, and regulatory landscape (SBV).
- Strong, active network with key merchants, chains, banks, and ecosystem players in Vietnam.
- Data-driven operator who runs the business through structured pipelines, conversion metrics, forecasting, and performance systems.
- Native Vietnamese + business-level English
- Big advantage if you have proven success selling into F&B, hospitality, retail chains, e-commerce, or healthcare verticals.
