Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Director to lead our commercial growth and new client acquisition efforts across Vietnam and Cambodia. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a robust business development strategy to expand our market share and drive revenue growth. Key Accountabilities:

Design and execute the overarching business development and sales strategy for Vietnam, ensuring alignment with the broader commercial objectives.

Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team and activities within the country to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Identify, pursue, and close new high-value business opportunities by building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.

Direct the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and contract closure.

Provide accurate sales forecasting, regular performance reporting, and market analysis to the senior commercial leadership team.

Collaborate closely with Key Account Management, Solutions, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market approach.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.

A minimum of 12 years of extensive experience in B2B sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing sales teams.

Deep and comprehensive experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry is a mandatory requirement for this role.

A proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that have resulted in significant revenue growth within the Vietnam market.

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a complex and dynamic market environment.

Business fluency in English is mandatory
