Position Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead market acquisition efforts within our Vietnam division. This role is instrumental in identifying high-potential enterprise clients and driving the initial phases of the sales cycle through rigorous lead qualification and strategic outbound engagement. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to facilitate high-value client acquisitions based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) standards.
Key Professional Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research and LinkedIn analysis to identify and profile high-potential organizations within assigned verticals.
- Consultative Lead Generation: Execute outbound telemarketing initiatives to articulate the Alibaba Cloud value proposition, effectively nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
- BANT Qualification: Rigorously qualify prospects to ensure all arranged meetings meet established organizational standards for budget and authority.
- Event & Lifecycle Management: Orchestrate client engagement for local events, including registration outreach, attendance confirmation, and post-event opportunity qualification.
- Database Governance: Maintain the integrity of client and partner data through systematic validation and cleansing within the CRM environment.
Professional Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: 1–3 years of proven success in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR functions, preferably within the Cloud, IT, or SaaS sectors.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Professional-level fluency in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Technical Acumen: Demonstrated proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a working knowledge of the BANT qualification framework.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional persuasive communication skills and the resilience required to thrive in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience promoting global cloud infrastructures (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate event support and high-level client engagement.
