Role OverviewWe are looking for an Inside Sales & Lead Generation Executive with prior experience in B2B lead generation, research, or outbound campaigns.
In this role, you will be responsible for researching target companies and contacts, building accurate prospect lists, and executing email outreach campaigns. You will work across multiple industries and international markets, following structured campaign guidelines while maintaining high standards of data quality and communication.
Key Responsibilities• Lead Research: Identify target companies, decision-makers, and relevant contacts based on campaign criteria
• Data Management: Build and maintain accurate lead lists across different industries and markets
• Campaign Execution: Write, send, and manage outbound email communications in English
• Response Handling: Review replies, categorize leads, and support follow-up activities
• Tracking & Reporting: Update campaign data, track outreach performance, and maintain clean records
• Quality Control: Ensure accuracy of research, contact data, and communication
• Collaboration: Work closely with managers to improve campaign performance and results
Job Requirements• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B lead generation, sales research, or outbound campaigns
• Strong written English communication skills
• Experience researching companies, industries, and business contacts online
• Understanding of B2B outreach and professional email communication
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and research tools
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet performance targets
Preferred Qualifications• Experience working in a lead generation agency, sales outsourcing company, or B2B environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and data research tools
• Experience working on international markets or clients

Working Details• Working time: Monday to Friday (9AM – 5PM)
