We are looking for a proactive professional to drive lead generation and market expansion efforts for a leading global cloud and AI solutions provider in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Identify and approach potential clients in Vietnam through outbound activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Assess and qualify leads by understanding business needs, pain points, and readiness to adopt cloud and AI-driven solutions.
Market Research & Strategic Development
- Conduct in-depth research on the Vietnamese market to identify target industries and companies that could benefit from cloud and AI technologies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, industry associations, and relevant stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
AI & Cloud Solution Advisory
- Introduce clients to AI and cloud capabilities, including Model-as-a-Service (MaaS), and demonstrate how these technologies can address practical business challenges.
- Keep up to date with AI trends, emerging use cases, and competitor activities within the local market.
Collaboration with Business Development Team
- Work closely with the Business Development team to transition qualified leads for further engagement and deal closure.
- Support BD strategies by sharing insights on customer behavior, market trends, and business opportunities.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of lead generation activities through CRM systems to support forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Continuously improve outreach methods and engagement strategies to enhance conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Around 2–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or similar client-facing roles, ideally within the cloud or technology sector.
- Good understanding of cloud computing and AI technologies, particularly Model-as-a-Service (MaaS).
- Knowledge of how AI solutions can be leveraged to solve business and operational challenges.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese business landscape, including key industries and market dynamics.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with local businesses, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in generating qualified leads and contributing to business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Native in Vietnamese, fluent in English, Mandarin is a big plus.
