TripHunter builds AI Agent solutions that automate consulting, sales, customer engagement, and various operational workflows for businesses.
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will take ownership of prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating opportunities for the sales team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct in-depth research on travel companies to understand their business model, customer segments, and sales/marketing activities.
- Execute targeted outbound outreach (Facebook, Zalo, email, calls, events) to connect with decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects by identifying business needs, pain points, and fit with TripHunter's AI Agent solutions.
- Own a KPI on the number of qualified meetings with potential clients (including scheduling and ensuring attendance).
- Maintain accurate and structured data in CRM for all prospecting and outreach activities.
- Support marketing initiatives through market feedback, prospect insights, and campaign execution support.
- Work closely with the Founder to refine targeting strategy, messaging, and outreach approach based on real market responses.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, SDR, Tele-sales. Candidates from the travel industry are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, especially in cold outreach and discovery conversations.
- Confident, proactive, and resilient — comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection.
- Strong research and analytical thinking — able to understand a company before reaching out.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate pipeline data.
- Comfortable working with a small, highly targeted list of companies where quality matters more than volume.
- Passion for technology, especially AI-driven products.
