Organize Forms, Files, and Templates on Public Dept. & Public New
Enhance cross functional collaboration and branch colleagues to deliver company expectations.
Reporting & Data Management
Make sure related sales reports are updated timely and accurately.
Handle collaboration tasks with colleagues to ensure consistency and accuracy across all sales reporting outputs in Vietnam.
Maintain data integrity within iCABS and related reports
Identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with other departments
Support process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency

Requirements
Graduated from College/University with major in Business Administration, Customer Service or Marketing with the same level in foreign companies.
Have at least 01 experience year in the field of service planning/ sales administrator and/or customer service.
Proven experience in sales data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role
Experience supporting sales teams and commercial decision-making
Good working behavior
Able to work independently and hard working in a multitask function
