Objectives:
Analyze sales data and market information that give the appropriate proposal in order to have suitable business strategies to relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deeply evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotion programs.
- Review/ suggest & solve issues relating to sales data & data flows.
- Analyze and evaluate the market share of direct sales channels. Analyze sales figures in each channel to report regional variations.
- Evaluate the productivity and effectiveness of field sales channel.
- Be responsible for all campaigns analysis of POS Sales Division: tracking, highlighting main sales figures, evaluating impact and proposing solutions.
- Build/ propose solutions for increasing approval rate and solutions to minimize the number of dossiers at QDE step/ rejection step.
- Prepare Sales targets for sales force.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager.
What We Looking For:
Education:
University Graduate, major: IT, Business Administration, Economics or relevant areas.
Experience:
At least 03 year - experience working under data analyst position, preferably working in banking or financial institution.
Technical Skills:
- Analytical skills, sales forecast skills.
- Logical thinking, well-organized, scheduling skills.
- Reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint), SQL - Python.
- Excellent at English & Vietnamese both written and verbal communication.
Soft Skills:
- Team work and independent working skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Deep understanding of consumer lending products.
