Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, offering expert consultation on products, and guiding customers through their purchasing journey to ensure satisfaction. You will also manage inquiries, follow up with leads, and collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting techniques
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Exceptional Communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Results-driven and experienced in achieving sales targets
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends is a plus
• Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency being an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
