JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide professional consultation and sales support to both local and international customers.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through attentive customer care.

• Introduce products and share knowledge about silk materials, designs, and the brand story.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.

• Support fashion events, showcases, and cultural activities organized by the brand.

• Arrange product displays and ensure the showroom remains elegant and visually refined.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1–2 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, jewelry, five-star hospitality, or premium service industries.

• Good English communication skills (mandatory).

• Candidates with academic backgrounds in Fashion, Design, Foreign Languages, Education, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations are preferred.

• Neat appearance with a polite and professional attitude.

• Strong communication, consulting, and customer service skills.

• Fresh graduates with a proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn are welcome.

• Knowledge of or passion for fashion, silk, áo dài, and Vietnamese culture is a strong advantage.
