Job Description

I am seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Development Executive with proven experience in software/IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our software products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in target markets.
Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Understand customer needs and propose appropriate software solutions.
Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM systems.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in sales/business development within the software or IT industry.
Strong understanding of software products, SaaS solutions, or digital transformation services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B software sales.
Existing network within enterprise or SME markets.
Knowledge of SaaS business models and subscription-based sales.
