Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This job is responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Works closely with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline growth and deliver an excellent customer experience. Requires strong communication skills, a technical background in IT or Computer Science, and proven B2B sales experience.

Scope of Work

  • Identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers through inbound and outbound outreach, including calls, emails, and scheduled appointments.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead qualification and discovery to deal closure and contract execution.
  • Understand customer needs, business goals, and challenges to recommend suitable cloud- based solutions.
  • Clearly communicate product value, demonstrate relevant use cases, and tailor presentations or demos to each customer.
  • Maintain and optimize a growing sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and conversion-focused activities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams, as well as partners.
  • Stay current products, market trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position solutions.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, forecast sales, and report progress accurately.

Income

  • Base Salary: 21.000.000 vnd/month.
  • Meal allowance: 500.000 vnd/month..
  • Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to 5.000.000 vnd/month.
  • 100% salary in 2-month probation time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a sales capacity.
  • Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals.
  • Experience in high-volume calling. Experience learning new technology and data.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs. Experience working. with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Experience or willingness to work from home.
  • Applicants must hold a TOPIK level 3 certificate at minimum.

Work Schedule: Working schedule: 5 days/week (Monday Friday) Working hours: 7AM-16PM.

Work Location: Onehub Tower, District 9.
