Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking with potential clients and establishing the right points of contact for market entry.
Actively secure and onboard new customers to expand the companys market presence.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to encourage repeat business and increase sales volume.
Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs, address concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
3. Sales Strategy Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with corporate goals and respond to local market conditions in Vietnam.
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify areas for growth and increased revenue.
4. Market and Competitive Intelligence
Conduct comprehensive market research to gather insights on industry trends, emerging threats, and new opportunities.
Analyze competitor activities, identifying their strengths and weaknesses to refine sales tactics and enhance the companys competitive positioning.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in engineering.
* At least 3 years in sales experience.
* Experience in semiconductor will be an added advantage.
* Fluent in Vietnamese.
* Proficient English language capability.
