Position Summary
Reporting to the Sales Operation Manager, Vietnam. This is a critical role in driving data-driven decision making across the sales organization.
This position is responsible for sales performance analysis, forecasting, distributor performance tracking, DMS governance, KPI management, and commercial reporting. The role will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Distributor teams to generate actionable business insights and improve sales effectiveness across Vietnam market.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyze sales performance across regions, distributors, and brands.
- Identify sales trends, opportunities, and business risks through data analysis.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on performance gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with meaningful insights.
- Prepare management reports and presentations.
2. Forecasting & Business Planning
- Lead monthly sales forecasting process in collaboration with RSM.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.
- Support demand planning discussions with Supply Chain and Finance teams.
- Maintain sales planning databases and reporting tools.
3. Distributor Performance & Commercial KPI Management
- Track distributor sales performance, inventory health, and key commercial KPIs.
- Consolidate and validate distributor sales reports.
- Monitor achievement against targets and incentive programs.
- Validation for sales incentive schemes and performance tracking.
4. DMS / SFA Data Management & Governance
- Maintain and monitor Distributor Management System (DMS) data quality and compliance.
- Drive DMS adoption and reporting consistency across distributors.
- Perform regular data audits and identify system or process issues.
- Coordinate with distributors, IT partners and sales teams to resolve data discrepancies.
5. Dashboard & Reporting Development
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking tools.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to support management decision-making.
What we are looking for
- Degree in Business Admin, Finance, Statistics or equivalent with 2-5 years of Sales Analysis experience within FMCG environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Experience in supporting DMS data would be a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Strong business acumen, passionate in data mining and analysis work. Ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
- Able to handle manual work or multiple tasks, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable in engaging across department and with management
