KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Administration:
o Provide administrative support to the BOD and sales team, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
o Maintain customer records, track sales orders, and manage customer inquiries.
o Coordinate with warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Data Entry and Management:
o Enter and update customer information, sales data, and other relevant information into the company's CRM and Ding system.
o Generate reports and analyze sales data, collect sales weekly and quarterly reports
Customer Service:
o Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
o Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues
Other tasks as assigned by the BOD team
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· At least 3 years experience (priority in Networking, CCTV, smart home devices industry)
· Good at data analysis & reports
· Active, patient and eager to learn more
· Willing to take on challenging assignments
