PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Junior Sales Account Administrator to help National Account Managers with administrative tasks for various assigned accounts. This position will provide critical administrative functions including item setup and maintenance, sales and inventory reporting, inbound inventory tracking, product testing coordination, assortment reviews, and PDP/content accuracy management. With extensive coordination with cross functional departments like Supply Chain, Product Management, Customer Service, Marketing, Demand Planning, and retailer partners.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Product Portfolio Management & Commercial Reporting
- Responsible for item creation and item management for assigned accounts
- Perform Sales Reporting and analysis
- Create and distribute inventory analysis reports by account
- Review online account assortments for PDP accuracy and competitive information
- Manage Product testing
- Inbound Inventory tracker
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in a business field such as Business Administration, Foreign Economics, Foreign Trade, Global Business, etc.
- 1-3 years sales admin experience
- Intermediate level working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Ability to work cross-functionally both within the company and externally.
- Proficient English verbal and written communication skills. (Intermediate)
- Experience working with Walmart and Sams Club / other National US Retailers
- Exposure to working with Supply chain teams
- Data Analytics
- Product Testing Protocol.
