This role sits within the
SEA & India (SEA&I) Omnichannel Operations team, supporting the Vaccines Flu & PPH business unit across multiple markets.
Main Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Strategy & Planning
- Define omnichannel strategy aligned with portfolio priorities and GTM archetypes
- Localize global campaign frameworks to reflect market and BU-specific needs
- Standardize omnichannel planning (channel mix, content, engagement models)
- Translate customer engagement plans into integrated omnichannel journeys
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Lead end-to-end omnichannel campaign development and deployment
- Ensure content adaptation across channels in line with global standards and tools
- Collaborate with agencies and hubs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Partner with Insights & Analytics (I&A) to track performance and optimize campaigns
- Transformation & Change Management
- Drive adoption of innovative omnichannel practices across Vaccines Flu & PPH
- Lead transformation of ways of working within BU and cross-functional teams
- Promote standardization, scalability, and efficient use of global tools
- Embed customer-centric and data-driven decision-making
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Digital, and Procurement teams
- Align with other GTMC pillars to ensure seamless execution
- Act as a key interface between global strategy and local implementation
- Foster strong collaboration in a matrix, multicultural environment
- Capability Building & Knowledge Sharing
- Act as the omnichannel subject matter expert for SEA&I BU
- Share best practices, insights, and learnings across markets
- Build internal capabilities to enhance omnichannel maturity
- Support continuous improvement and innovation culture

Experience
About You
- 7+ years in Omnichannel, Digital Marketing, or Customer Engagement roles
- Proven track record in campaign execution and content orchestration
- Experience in matrix and multicultural environments preferred
- Pharma/healthcare experience is a plus
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong expertise in omnichannel platforms (e.g., SFMC, Veeva, Magnolia)
- Experience in campaign management, content mapping, and customer journeys
- Solid project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
