Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to lead sales and business development activities for our oil and petrochemical product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of petroleum markets, petrochemical trading, and B2B sales processes. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and maintaining long-term client relationships across regional and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in oil and petrochemical products (e.g., base oil, bitumen, fuel oil, diesel, LPG, polymers, solvents, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with refineries, traders, distributors, and end-users.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, contract finalization, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade events, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in oil & petrochemical sales, trading, or commodity markets.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), LC, TT, and export documentation.
  • Established network within oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
