Role Description

The Sale Country Manager will oversee property management, lease administration, and commercial real estate operations. This role involves managing leases, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The Sale Country Manager will also be responsible for market analysis, strategic planning, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Property Management and sale real estate
• Experience with sale Real Estate from real estate agency or real estate developer
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the real estate market in Cambodia is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Good in Vietnam and English speaking
