I. GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for sourcing retail locations according to the Company's and Brand's development plan. Negotiating and monitoring lease agreements for these locations. Supporting relevant departments in working with landlords when necessary.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for negotiating lease terms and conditions for business premises to ensure favorable outcomes for the Company.
- Review, adjust, and consult with legal counsel on terms and conditions to ensure the legality of the Company's lease agreements.
- Represent the Company in negotiations with shopping malls and landlords regarding contracts, disputes, and compensation (if any).
- Draft official letters of request/response, negotiation documents, etc., related to the Company's premises or other transactions within the scope of work when needed or requested.
- Monitor the expiration dates of all lease agreements to ensure timely renewal or termination as required by the Board of Directors.
- For new projects, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure store openings proceed on schedule.
- Establish and expand relationships with project developers and partners in investment activities and project distribution.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the COO and CEO.
