We are looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to turn great moments into great business.

In this role, you will drive revenue from private events, corporate functions, group bookings, and long-term partnerships. You will actively seek new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and manage leads generated through our marketing channels.

Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or B2B relationship management.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proven ability to build strong relationships and close high-value deals.
· Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
· Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
· Creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
A. New Partner Acquisition
· Identify, target, and acquire new clients incl. corporate, event agencies, and community organizations.
· Develop tailored proposals that align with client needs and highlight brand strengths.
· Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold outreach, networking events, and site visits.
· Build a healthy pipeline of high-potential leads from priority industries.
B. Client Relationship & Loyalty Management
· Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive repeat bookings and long-term engagement.
· Implement client retention strategies, such as follow-up programs, loyalty incentives, and exclusive offers.
· Ensure exceptional service levels before, during, and after events to increase client satisfaction and advocacy.
· Organize partner appreciation activities to strengthen relationships and brand loyalty.
C. Lead Management & Conversion
· Manage all leads generated through marketing campaigns, online forms, social media, and other communication channels.
· Respond to inquiries promptly, qualify leads, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
· Track all lead activity and generate regular conversion performance reports.
· Collaborate closely with Marketing to optimize lead flow and campaign effectiveness.
D. Event Sales Operations
· Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and event contracts.
· Conduct venue tours and client presentations.
· Work closely with operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth event execution.
· Monitor event profitability and recommend pricing or package adjustments when needed.
E. Market & Competitor Insights
· Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
· Provide insights for new packages, seasonal promotions, or product enhancements.
· Contribute to the brand's reputation as a leading destination for premium events.
