Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Leader located in Ho Chi Minh City. The Sales Leader will oversee and guide the sales team to meet performance goals, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and train team members to enhance their skills. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, optimizing processes, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Leader will collaborate with senior management to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive success and lead by example
• Ability to facilitate Training sessions to develop and mentor team members
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in market analysis and creating effective sales strategies
• Experience in the retail or cultural tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience
