Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales role located in the Tn Ph district. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their fitness and wellness needs, and presenting customized KOI Fitness & Wellness membership options. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining relationships with clients, providing information about services, and coordinating with team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Additionally, the role requires contributing to training sessions and supporting sales management efforts.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional client support.
  • Proven Sales experience, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
  • Background in Sales Management and Training is highly beneficial for mentoring team members and achieving organizational goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach toward meeting sales targets in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is an advantage.
