Your Mission:

• Drive sales for Vietnamese Rice & Agriculture produce globally.
• Lay the foundation for our future sales team.
• Collaborate closely with founders to expand market reach.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, particularly in a leadership role
• Knowledge of the local market in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is a plus

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in Sales & Team Management (Agri-food/Export background is a big plus).
• Startup Fit: You are resilient, adaptable, and treat the business as your own.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
