Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing sales leads, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to devise effective strategies. In addition, the Sales Executive will ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after-sales service to maintain the company's reputation.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience and ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in preparing sales reports and using CRM software
  • Ability to collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the handicraft or export industry is a plus
