Job Description:

Own E2E returns performance: set and deliver SLAs
Drive process optimization, rootcause analysis, and incident management for SLA breaches implement corrective measures and continuous improvement
Balance speed vs cost: model tradeoffs and recommend operational choices to optimize both customer experience and unit economics
Partner with internal and external parties to ensure changes are safe and SLA-compliant
Lead ad-hoc incident response affecting return experience and communicating status/mitigations to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

1 - 3 years in high-volume ecommerce operations, preferably return operations
Hands-on SLA ownership, process improvement and incident management
Strong analytics: comfortable with metrics, dashboards and basic SQL
Strong stakeholder communication skills
