Right Management Lead - Vietnam

Role Summary

The Right Management Lead role is a market expert who is accountable for driving

profitable growth within Vietnam.

This high level individual contributor role is responsible for overseeing the country's P&L, owning the sales and client experience engine, and partnering with Right's marketing, product, participant delivery, business operation and global sales leaders, as well as with Group supporting functions

(finance, legal, technology, P&C) to achieve financial goals and long-term sustainable growth.

A key focus is on sales within Key National Accounts client segment, monetization of global contracts and managing the sales funnel (from lead to cash). As a business leader in the country, this role represents the company's interests both internally and externally. Operating within a highly

matrixed organization, the role requires collaboration with ManpowerGroup local stakeholders,

Right Management stakeholders and Group supporting functions. Success in this role

depends on strong partnership and alignment to ensure business growth.

Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities

1. Driving Business Growth

· Drive local business success by supporting and operationalizing strategic sales

plans aimed at increasing revenue, gross profit, and market share in Vietnam.

· Ensure sustainable business growth through effective P&L management, balancing

supply and demand, managing operational efficiency in partnership with delivery

functions.

· Focus on pipeline creation, progression, and realization to enable consistent sales

performance and sustainable growth.

· Collaborate with Regional and global teams (marketing, solutions design, and

others) to unlock market share growth, increase brand awareness, and optimize the

monetization of products and services.

· Execute local business initiatives to advance growth and profitability, aligned with

global and regional strategies.

2. Sales Leadership

· Cultivate relationships with key national clients, partners, and stakeholders, serving

as a trusted advisor and advocate at a strategic level.

· Owns and drives the sales engine, ensuring a well-defined and scalable sales

strategy that accelerates revenue growth, seamlessly aligned with local delivery

functions maximizing monetization.

· Represents the organization in industry forums and events to enhance reputation,

credibility, and market presence.

3. Executive Sponsorship and Client Advocacy

· Acts as a senior representative to key clients and prospects, fostering trust and

long-term partnerships at the executive level.

· Leverages expertise and networks to unlock growth opportunities and expand

strategic relationships.

4. Market Expertise

· Understands local market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes to

influence business tactics and identifies growth opportunities.

· Provides thought leadership and strategic insights on market positioning and strategic decisions.

5. Culture and Values Advocacy

· Serves as a champion of the organization's culture and values, promoting clarity, care, and a growth mindset across all engagements.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

• Sales & Client Experience Leadership & Management (5+ years)

• Scalable/repeatable professional services industry expertise
