Job Description:
Strategy and Growth:
- Set growth targets and design initiatives to drive MS Package spend and increase the total number of packages sold
- Develop pricing strategies for MS Packages, ensuring they remain attractive while meeting revenue objectives
- Act as a sounding board for new initiatives, including the development of new marketing assets and discount schemes to improve adoption
- Forecast MS Revenue accurately on a monthly basis to support business planning
Marketing and Operations:
- Manage the end-to-end operations of running MS Packages, including defining obligations and entitlements for campaign periods
- Handle day-to-day queries and support Category Managers (CMs) and Relationship Managers (RMs) regarding package details, onboarding, and troubleshooting
- Lead RM KPI setting specifically for MS Cash to align sales incentives with program goals
- Oversee Billings & Invoices, taking full ownership of managing overdue invoices through proactive tracking and chasing
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including RMs, BI, etc. to ensure smooth program execution
Data Analysis:
- Monitor key metrics such as MS Revenue and the number of packages sold to evaluate program health
- Identify blockers to take up rate and overdue invoices (e.g., lower demand trends or forecasting inaccuracies) and survey RMs to find actionable solutions
- Modify discount schemes and package tiers based on data insights to target lower-tier packages or increase overall attractiveness
- Maintain tracking tools, including pricing proposals and campaign working sheets, to ensure data integrity across the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to turn data into actionable insights
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills experience working cross-functionally is a plus
- Prior experience in e-commerce, consulting, or programme management is an advantage
