What you'll do
- RGM business partner and key point of contact for RGM in AFH Channel. Design and execute RGM strategy and AOP KPI (5-lever, NSV/8oz, NRR) delivery in AFH, leading forums within the channel to ensure best-in-class execution of strategy and delivery of AOP.
- Lead strategy for Promotional Optimisation, Mix Management delivery (including Hero SKU E2E), and Trade Investment
- Support strategy to execution for Pricing and PPA initiative implementation across the OT channel, working closely with RGM MGR PPA/Pricing
- Design robust promotional optimization process (review cadence, integration into existing rhythms) to continuously evaluate and improve ROI.
- Establish value/ROI led review of both ongoing Golden Week promotions in addition to driving efficiency of large scale (e.g. Combo) initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing/ComEx to incorporate TOT and Consumer Promotion in holistic promotional review and ROI evaluation process
- Design and implement appropriate policies and guidelines for enhanced governance of our promotional spend with a core ROI focus
- Design customer POS data acquisition strategy, working with Sales to execute and optimize investment required
- Lead IT engagements to automate ingestion, cleaning, and visualisation of customer POS data to drive efficiency of analysis. Lead engagements for integration of customer POS data with promotional reference data, enhancing process of collection and cleansing. Leverage integrated data sets and analytic/visualization tools to create a highly efficient promotional evaluation process for MT.
What you need to be successful
- 10+ years of experience of working in FMCG across Commercial Finance, Trade Marketing, ComEx, or direct RGM
- Strong financial acumen with previous RGM experience
- Excellent analytical skills and an ability to pick up new system quickly
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills at a senior level including Excom
- Experience in analysis/integration across multiple data sources (consumer/shopper, market, POS, internal P&L) and advanced RGM analytic techniques (e.g. Conjoint)
- Influencing Skills to senior leaders, SLT & ExCom as well as commercial team as a whole
- Project Management skillset in a cross functional team
- Experience working on IT enablement projects and building analytic frameworks aligned to organization tools (e.g. Power BI).
- High proficiency in Excel
