Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Customer Lifecycle & Data Excellence (60%)
- Lifecycle Architect: Design and govern the end-to-end journey;
- Advanced Analytics: Master RFM, Cohort, and Churn models to unlock growth insights.;
- Data-Driven Strategy: Own customer segmentation to fuel Marketing, Trade, and Performance channels;
2. Growth Engine & Optimization (40%)
- Automation Flow: Design logic-heavy flows for Onboarding, Cross-sell, and Win-back;
- Product-Led Growth: Drive frequency through Subscriptions, Combos, and UI/UX enhancements;
- Financial Efficiency: Guard the ROI of promotion budgets and manage discount efficiency;
Others: Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administrations or a related field;
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Growth Marketing;
- Proven track record in High-frequency platforms (E-commerce, Super Apps, Fintech, or large-scale Retail);
- Deep understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management and data models (Cohort, RFM, CLV);
- Experience working with Marketing Automation stacks (e.g., Insider, Braze, CleverTap, Salesforce, or similar).
Nice to have: Knowledge base of IT domain
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday - 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
