YOUR MISSION:
- Drive a strong sales culture to achieve/exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability
- Plan short and long-term business activities with effective cost control
- Ensure excellent customer experience aligned with PUMA service standards
- Recruit, train, develop, and build a high-performing team and succession pipeline
- Manage payroll and optimize scheduling for efficiency and service quality
- Execute all training programs (local & global) effectively in-store
- Analyze customer trends and market insights to drive business decisions
- Oversee merchandise flow, inventory, shrink control, and Loss Prevention compliance
- Execute marketing, visual merchandising, and in-store activities to brand standards
- Ensure safe, compliant operations and maintain store conditions with flexible working hours
YOUR TALENT:
- Two to four years of management experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with results driven track record
- Proven ability to exceed sales while meeting payroll goals, demonstrated ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain top talent Associates as well as teams, ability to reason through complex issues, demonstrates effective communication, ability to present information to large groups
- Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Practical experience in Project Management, skills in implementing communications methods and event management
- Commercial acumen, interest in innovation and change
- Leadership, PC-skills, MS-Office Knowledge, Lotus Notes, Internet
